Pros

401k and health benefits
nothing else is good

Cons

quota always goes up so pay goes down but a higher work load.
so you work harder to make less money yeah not cool.
always trying to fire you its like they Don't want seasoned employees
work weekends and nights no work life balance
forced over time now
ever since they closed centers att
everyday is filled with so much stress

    Pros

    -great benefits (health, vision, dental, awesome 401k match, call center has fitness center)
    -great growth opportunities
    -excellent training
    -fun culture

    Cons

    -customer service just isn't for everyone
    -does typically require some weekends/evening shifts even with decent tenure

    Pros

    Pay, Benefits, and anything but customer service positions in the call center.

    Cons

    Poor support, micro-managed, and very little assistance when dealing with verbally abusive customers. After recent merger they announce center realignment to lay off customer service in 5 centers across the US.

    Advice to Management

    Don't let your ego get in the way of doing your job. When your rep needs help with an abusive customer do not treat us like the customer, after all we are humans .
