Nice Facility. State of the art gym. Best food court ever! People are down to earth.

Cons

Contractors cant use the gym.

    great pay and benefits.

    mental health this company will build you up and also will bring you down, will have to give up the weekends with the family, as an individual need to have a low streess type of personality or other wise you will perish, cut throat bussiness that have change its policy's to tailor those of the shareholders and they are not scared to tell you that even from training so that you can make the decision to either stay or leave

    they will present to you as individuals that will really care about your problems and genuine want to help you ( remember ) is their job to look that way when on the other side all they really are hopping is that you shut up so they go back to do nothing and play to pretend that they are busy

    Pros

    Competitive salary, company paid tuition

    Cons

    Horrible management. Forced to take classes in which you are advised to bill customers for accessories without customer's permission and are instructed to actively deceive customers on each call. Job is NOT customer service related and is much more sales focused. The company knows they are the biggest cellular provider and use it against their customers every chance they can get.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Less forcing of sales duties on customer service. Retaining customers should be more important than financial returns from accessories and such. Customer service reps should never be instructed to lie/deceive customers and should never be told to ship a customer an accessory and bill it to the customer without customer position.
