    Pros

The employees are generally cool people. Good benefits.

    Cons

Leadership has no idea what is going on in the stores. Quotas get higher and payout gets smaller. We were told in a store meeting by our area director that one six figure corporate employee said retail reps should only be making $1500 a month in commission. Little room to move up the ladder, not sure one would want to anyways due to the fact that corporate leadership will mistreat store managers (I have seen this first hand). Unnecessary 16+ hour work days everytime a new iPhone launches...Verizon Wireless is no longer true to their credo.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Calm down and treat retail employees better.
