Pros

top sales reps used to make easy 90k to 110k
average reps used to make easy 50k to 70k

Cons

sell your soul to the corporate devil and become a mindless verizon drone if you would like to keep your job working paycheck to paycheck for the rest of your life with nothing but pay cuts year after year even when the company post record breaking profits
top sales reps make 80k max
average reps used to make easy 30k to 40k

Advice to ManagementAdvice

dont sell your soul to the corporate greed.
ps in the end unless your get our of retail you will regret staying with vzw

    Pros

    Good benefits, flexible work schedule, but those are the only benefits to work for this company

    Cons

    Unreasonable work goals, gives you "free reign" will tying your hand behind your back at the same time, training was condensed and therefore a detriment to your success.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Make sure you train your employees properly, and if your managing a team, take the time to train your subordinates to your preferences instead of letting them fail.
