Pros

If you come in a perform you will succeed. There is no "good ole boy" network. It's based on what you do not who you know.

Cons

Seeing someone leave the company just to start over with another company when they could have just promoted here.

    Employees work as a team, good office culture, aggressive on new products developments.

    Cons

    Fast pace! Need time to adjust and catch up! latest technologies, marketing, etc.

    I have been working at Verizon Wireless

    Pros

    Compensation includes a yearly incentive based on company results. With the exponetial growth in the wireless industry these bonuses have been very generous. Benefits package is outstanding. Base salary is competitive.

    Cons

    The company is now so large that sifting through all the bureaucracy to resolve a customer issue is a real problem.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I know they are necessary so please do a better job of training our vendor support.
