run by numbers , unrealistic expectations of market . top down driven metrics, middle management - robots to senior management.

Advice to Management

Understand your management and workers as to real conditions of the market location. Believe in Company Credo , practice what you preach and don't get lost in the financials and metrics

    Pros

    Great compensation plan, awesome benefits and options, meet some great people, room to move to other locations, get to use the latest wireless technology

    Cons

    dwindling commission targets, saturated market that has you more interested in upselling brookstone items, Micro management that makes you feel the pressures from your boss and his.

    Advice to Management

    Remember that Verizon sells products and services- retain better people to represent the company, the only way to retain great people at your company is to give them a reason to stay- invest in your sales and customer service reps.
