    I worked at Verizon Wireless

    Pros

Salary and benefits are above average. Essentially its a golden anchor tied around your throat though. Salary is very low for CSRs though.

    Cons

Constant leadership changes (every 2 mos), lack of training, refusal to pay overtime but an expectation to WORK overtime. If you don't drink the VZW koolade youre a troublemaker and theyll seek any way possible to get you out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Youre scared to death about unionization at Verizon. Try treating your employees well and they wont want to/need to attempt to unionize.
