Advice to ManagementAdvice

Dont try and sell accessories to people who don't want or need them. Treat employees like people not children.

    Pros

Company provides decent pay and benefits.

    Cons

The push to meet company goals on a CSR level does NOT keep with the VZW credo component of "Integrity". You are expected to SELL customers unnecessary products, services and lines of service. Verizon calls this "Positioning" and it is expected regardless of the customer's needs. Supervisor actually prides himself on how to lie to get a customer to feel like you're giving the best deal possible when, in fact, it is not. This is a job you literally hate going to each day.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Go back to REAL Integrity. Your customers know!
