Pros

Great pay and benefits, there are oppurtunities to move within the company and the training you receive is top notch.

Cons

The company has seems to have forgotten about their employees and customers and is focussing too much on KPI's. They make it hard tobleave because even if you're miserable, you are unlikely to find similar pay elsewhere.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees, remember the front line employees and the customers are the ones who truly grow the business...

    Pros

    Good pay, great benefits, annual bonus and salary increase, great training and knowledgebase

    Cons

    The management are terrible, don't expect to get anything done for a customer that won't impact your numbers. The customers are rude and demanding, the management is worse

    Try to support your employees rather than beat them over the head with statistics

    I have been working at Verizon Wireless full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Good base pay and commissions, great benefits that begin on first cay of work

    Cons

    High-pressure sales, sale quotas extremely high, company expects each representative to sell a minimum of $100 of accessories to each customer, and sell an internet connected device to at least 50% of customers.
    Commission’s compensation keeps changing, making it more difficult to make the larger commission checks as before.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Loosen-up a little; mobile devices are not a luxury item anymore. Not every customer (in this bad economy) has the disposable income to afford merchandise at the present standards required by the company.
