    I worked at Verizon Wireless

    Pros

Training is about 4 months, as long as you pay attention, you will be okay.

    Cons

It's a call center position. If you want to branch out to other aspects of IT, you would need to relocate to another state that has an IT hub(Charlotte, NC or Alpharetta, GA)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

None, they are very supportive and willing to coach you as needed. At the Greenville, SC office that is.
