    I worked at Verizon Wireless

    Pros

The pay is good in comparison to working at any other cell phone company. The benefits are good. They are pretty cool about taking time off as long as you give the notice in advance.

    Cons

If you have a issue with your manager its kind of hard to find someone to talk to you. I worked there and had a issue with my manager and when I tried to transfer out of that store that told me that I couldn't. I really wanted to continue working for Verizon but I felt from that particular manager that I was always being watched and they were looking to get me fired. Very numbers driven company so if your not good luck.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

listen to your employees and at least look into what they are saying. Almost 3 or 4 employees either went on sick leave or left the company completely when I was there based on one person.
