Pros

I feel the pay is above average for area, and benefits are great.

Cons

Lack of support and communication from HR. Hard to get days off in emergency situations. Trainings are not always provided in a timely fashion. A lot of us feel like we are in dead end jobs and will be stuck on the phones the rest of our careers if we stay here.

Advice to Senior Management

Show stronger concern for Front Line employees. We are the eyes and ears of the company. We are the resources our customers depend on....
