    I worked at Verndale full-time

    Pros

I worked with extremely smart, fun people - this made the day-to-day enjoyable. The projects (at least the ones I was staffed to) were very interesting/challenging. As a result, I learned a lot very quickly. Management is very receptive to new ideas or changes to existing processes, as long as they are presented in a thoughtful way.

    Cons

Lack of any sort of formal training programs, you are thrown right into the fire here. For some people this works, but for others it can be tough to get up to speed quick enough.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keeping moving towards a team-based staffing model. Teams that are used to working together will be more efficient, more cohesive, and more accountable; all of which result in a higher likelihood of project success.
