Vertafore – “Lots of changes, too many chiefs, talk about micro-managing!!”

Pros

People are great. The benefits are top notch. The company is superior in the industry. The buildings and work areas are great. A place for not only having great co-workers, but also to make friends. Lucky to work at this location compared to others I've been to.

Cons

Compensation is below average, raises non-existent. Very little encouragement and feedback. No one can be expert on every product but this is expected. Call center environment is stressful.

Advice to Senior Management

Pay your people what they are worth! Saying "good job" won't kill you.
