Pros

Most people are really nice and great to work with
Decent pay
Generous time off policy
Casual dress every day (Jeans, t-shirts and sneakers)

Cons

There used to be many more perks, but slowly they have all been taken away
Company on a downward trend and management is floundering
No bonuses or raises unless you are in upper management

Advice to Senior Management

Communication needs to be improved between management and employees. Act as if you care about your employees and not just the bottom line.
