*The company is always trying to improve, doing company wide surveys to see how they can improve.
*Creative, Supportive enviornment, Lots of training opportunities
*CEO is very honest, almost to a fault, but he seems to really care.
*All the employees really seem to care about pets and their parents.

Cons

-The communication between departments isnt great, but is currently being worked on.
-A few remaining bosses have issues handling stress and can be difficult, but their superiors will always suport you in saying something.

Advice to Senior Management

Most of the complaints I had have recently been identified for improvement. When they remain open to what their employees opinions are they will be more engaged.
