I have been working at Vetstreet

Pros

Hard workers/dedicated, nice office, some flexibility with start/end times, laptops and blackberrys (which means they get you anywhere though), growing fast.

Cons

Expected to work 65+ hours per week, management wants to fire anyone who says anything they don't like, company can not get its act together - many many mistakes - if clients only knew - wheww, growing too fast and they are taking jobs we can not commit to completing in time or accurately, hostile work environment because management makes you fear losing your job all the time.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

people are stressed at this company, open your eyes - good people are leaving - need to stop taking jobs you can not handle.
