Vi-Jon – “Decent place to work but felt lost in the crowd”

Pros

I was only at Vi-Jon for a short time, but there seemed like a lot of room to grow within the company. People that I met were nice. The company seemed very supportive of the Research group, which you don't always find to be true in some companies.

Cons

Even though Vi-Jon isn't a huge company, I sometimes felt lost within the building. Work load is very big and deadlines are very short. Could sometimes be stressful.

Advice to Senior Management

Either hire more people or try to lighten the workload of the employees. Be realistic about sales expectations as well.
