    Pros

    Relaxed and creative company culture
Diverse group of brands (MTV, Comedy Central, Paramount Pictures, BET, VH1, CMT, TV Land, Spike, NIckelodeon)
    Great Perks

    Cons

The Media industry is at an exciting cross roads. TV viewing habits have shifted towards various emerging platforms as well as towards TV viewing that is not as time senstive (e.g. DVRs). This can be both an opportunity and a risk.

  2. Fun place to work with great, talented co workers who generally have creative ideas and solutions

    Pros

People! Creative folks who have fun while working hard

    Cons

Lost focus on brands in focus on bottom line. Recent years of cost cutting are taking a toll.

    Advice to Management

Back to basics, what made MTV and Nick great for so many years was a focus on creative ideas, execution and vs such a focus on bottom line. Lets strike a balance - we can deliver shareholder value by spending to get us back to where we were creatively in the past.
