Current Employee – been working at Viacom for more than 7 years

Pros – Decent commission structures and lattitude to make deals happen

Cons – Rapidly changing environment with most managers having something to prove when they find themselves in a new role which is often. Everything rolls downhill.

Advice to Senior Management – More autonomy for individual markets to make decisions that are appropriate for their own areas. There are geographic differences after all.
