I have been working at Viacom for more than 5 years

Pros

Decent commission structures and lattitude to make deals happen

Cons

Rapidly changing environment with most managers having something to prove when they find themselves in a new role which is often. Everything rolls downhill.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

More autonomy for individual markets to make decisions that are appropriate for their own areas. There are geographic differences after all.
