Account Manager (Current Employee) Portland, OR

ProsDecent commission structures and lattitude to make deals happen

ConsRapidly changing environment with most managers having something to prove when they find themselves in a new role which is often. Everything rolls downhill.

Advice to Senior ManagementMore autonomy for individual markets to make decisions that are appropriate for their own areas. There are geographic differences after all.
