Pros

Great work / life balance, great benefits, fair compensation, laid-back atmosphere, fun employee events, corporate management encourages and supports volunteerism. Last but not least - great people.

Cons

Resources have been cut back over the past couple of years, like every company, in response to the downturn in the economy, so hours have been a bit longer than they used to (everyone is expected to do more with less). Hopefully this will improve once the economy turns around again.

Advice to Senior Management

Thanks for demonstrating that you value and appreciate your employees - if you continue to do so, you will continue to have dedicated individuals who want to contribute to the success of the company. Consider establishing an on-line anonymous "suggestion box" on the intranet, so employees can make suggestions and recommendations on how to improve things around the company.
