Vice President Tech (Former Employee) New York, NY

ProsBig company, opens doors, resources theoretically available. Everyone knows where you're calling from and will take the time to visit and pitch.

ConsStifling environment rife with ethical dilemmas and quandries. It's a place loaded with unrealized potential. The HR people are a nightmare.

Advice to Senior ManagementVentilate this place. Poke holes through senior and middle management and let the communication flow. Stop making dumb big purchases and then nickel and dimeing employees to make up for it.
