I worked at Viasystems full-time
Pros – we were able to get overtime and i had benefits
Cons – there is absolutely no training, very cliquey, everyone is trying to get ahead (however there is absolutely no room for career advancement) or additional education
Advice to Senior Management – train employees, answer questions, do reviews for employees, maintian a low turnover by teambuilding and knowing your team.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
