Pros – If you like selling and working with cutting-edge technology, it's the place you want to be.
Exciting and fast paced; the motto is "work hard, play hard".
Open environment (no cubicles) makes for easy communication locally.
Company has a global presence and a strong business model to expand even further.
Benefits package is great.
Employee training is encouraged and funded.

Cons – Difficult to grow teams organically when the company is growing so fast.

Advice to Senior Management – Reward and recognize the combined efforts of the whole team, rather than the few individuals who boast about themselves the loudest.
