ProsThere are a lot of locations around the valley so regardless of where you live, you can probably have a job.

ConsSometimes 4-6 patients per therapist at a time. Benefits don't kick in for 90 days. Lack of competence with management.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to employees. Don't cut and cut and cut until you can't cut any longer just to maximize profit. Reward employees.

Pros: You get a pay check, benefits and get to treat and care for patients (if and when they come to VibrantCare… Cons: Poor employee / management relationships. Unreasonable demands and expectations from corporate. Lack of loyalty and communication from management. Company seems to constantly be under investigation… Advice to Senior Management: Sell the company before you are forced to close.
