    under staffed ,scheduling usually wrong& less than a week ahead,on calls,no training

    Pros

    Get 30% discount (on full price) and a free bra every 4 months
    get a bra for $15 when it first comes out
    co-workers are fun to work with

    Cons

    Too strict on dress code for minimum wage
    On-call shifts (you have to call in 2 hours befor the"shift" to see if your needed or not-made it very difficult to plan things)
    Don't have good work/life balance if your not management
    No reward or recognition for obtaining goals

    Management should try to incorporate their employees more, give them more incentives to work harder and obtain credit and meet store goals
