I worked at Victoria's Secret Stores full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – The company is very good about recognizing great performance with great bonuses, all-expense paid trips, etc. You also get a great discount and free or heavily discounted bras, panties, perfumes, etc.

Cons – There are quite a few very poor performing district managers in place that are not being performance managed. They are unfortunately loosing great store managers and functional managers because of them.

Advice to Senior Management – Treat your store managers how you want your manager to treat you.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
