Pros

Company wants their employees to give each customer a great experience, they go to great lengths to make sure every employee has "personal testimony" for each of their products, great gratis' (free beauty products, associate buy-in prices for new bras/panties), I really enjoyed most of my managers, schedule was pretty flexible as long as it wasn't holiday

Cons

Hard to advance in the company

Advice to ManagementAdvice

return policy is great for customers, but can cause confusion among associates considering it's fairly subjective and sometimes up to associate/manager to determine what price we can/will return item for. Same way for coupons, sometimes they can be redeemed after expiration date, sometimes they can't. Sometimes they can be combined with other offers/coupons and sometimes they can't. Not only causes confusion for employees but for customers alike. Customers get passed around through the store and are told different things but different associates, overall causing an unpleasant experience.

    Pros

You get to meet great customers and have the opportunity to sample free items.

    Cons

Not too many younger girls get hired. They say if you don't have experience they won't hold it against you but they lie, well the women who do the hiring at our store.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop having too many people with attitudes. Younger girls, who are 18 and over of course, should have the chance to work at the store and not hire older women who have nothing better to do.
