I worked at Victoria's Secret Stores part-time (more than a year)

Pros

Very supportive managers and friendly co-employees we were like family in the store (Union Square Team 500). They give great discount.

Cons

When we are scheduled like late nights till mornings especially during inventory that we felt so exhausted and drained.

    Pros

Friendly coworkers, There is opportunity to advance if you make sure to advocate for yourself and stay on top of management about opportunities, never a dull moment

    Cons

Pay is low- this is another thing to advocate for- talking with management about increased pay after working there for so long, understaffing leading to working (sometimes hours) later than scheduled

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Push your employees to succeed, but do so professionally.

I worked at Victoria's Secret Stores part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Co-workers were generally friendly and helpful. Managers were mostly there when you needed them. There is room for growth; I worked there for less than two months and my manager offered to promote me to train other new cashiers for the holiday season. Good flexible hours. Decent pay when compared to other retailers. It doesn't fall down on you when the store doesn't reach their quotas if you're a cashier.

    Cons

On your feet for the entire shift so wear comfortable shoes.
All black dress code, but there are times where you can wear a certain different color.
