I have been working at Victoria's Secret Stores full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The job is amazing and the company values are very strong

    Cons

The people aren't inspiring as VS would to think they are, they've hired managers not leaders and these managers are not inspiring, in fact some are quite patronising and don't know how to handle feedback. Also for the amount you work which is A LOT VS pay very less and dont compensate you with benefits or a bonus

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do some work, your associates and supervisors are constantly working hard. There's not much management support.

Nice as a seasonal job, but I wouldn't stay too long though.

I worked at Victoria's Secret Stores part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    30% Discount
    Female friendly work environment
    Free seasonal bras/beauty products

    Cons

Way too many on call shifts
    Not enough hours
High strung lower management (Associates who were promoted don't help out and are always in the back room)
    Canceled far too many shifts
Worked for over a year at minimum wage while newer, non experienced associate had higher wages. Really bad pay scale. Biggest downside.
