Pretty darn sure they aren't listening to anybody.

I worked at Video Gaming Technologies

    Pros

Excellent benefits! The company provides catered lunches every day at all its office locations. Casino gaming industry is growing despite economic downturn.

    Cons

Its main corporate theme is "Do the Right Thing" (ala Google's "Do no evil"). It fails miserably in this respect. Corporate hierarchy is in shambles allowing rampant Machiavellian politics. Sole owner is a micro-manager, can't make a decision, and actively avoids conflict. Not good qualities for a $200 million company. Stonewalled a co-worker from telecommuting stating that it's against company policy although there were numerous examples discounting it. Company directors lead fiefdoms with little accountability. The list goes on, but you get the picture. If you get in on the good side of the power players, you got a job for life. Otherwise, don't waste your time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stand up to the owner. Get rid of the corny "do the right thing" slogan because it only serves to anger those who know better. Demand greater accountability from your directors. And most of all...standardize your damn gaming platform, for crying out loud. You're shooting yourself in the foot.
