Cons – Poor work/life balance; nearly impossible to achieve goals/metrics, minimal job enhancement/promotion opportunities, minimal training; poor overall moral, poor company culture (everything is run by spreadsheets);

Advice to Senior Management – Improve company culture; develop a plan to generate loyalty. Great managers, poor leaders.
