I worked at Videojet Technologies Inc
Pros – The best reason I found to work at Videojet was to learn the Danaher Business System and practice applying to daily work.
Cons – The lean initiative was used as a club rather than a tool to help people grow and understand the business so they could become the problem solvers. Promotions were very political and it became worse the further you ascended in the organization.
