Very flexible in scheduling. Good support from management. Peers are very helpful and supportive, especially during training. Work hours and compensation make this a viable night/weekend-only job.

Cons

Limited hours available for work. Sometimes given contradictory instructions by management. Can be intimidating, as no amount of training will prepare you for the real event. Nearly zero advancement opportunities.

Advice to Senior Management

Provide written, personalized feedback to each employee as an individual to make the feedback process even better. Make sure to decide if A or B is more important to you *before* providing instructions as to which to focus on, especially when A and B are mutually exclusive options. This is particularly important during training.
