The level of respect towards employees is poor. It is a revolving door; hiring and firing left and right. The pay is way too low for the roster of responsibilities. Training almost not existing.

Advice to Senior Management

It is a sales job. Allow employees to work from home if they hit their numbers. They should not have to check in physically with the office at the end of the day. They certainly should not have to collect payment for advertising.
