“Poor communication.”
Former Employee – worked at Villas of Grand Cypress
Pros – Great golf course, great co workers, Great location, Enjoyed the employee benefits in terms of the resort, Employee discounts are also good.
Cons – Poor Communication, They do not approve your vacation time.
Advice to Senior Management – Communicate to your employees what exactly it is you are looking for.
