    Pros

There are no Pros here...just Joes

    Cons

No bonuses and very weak raises
    No 401K matching
Took away Christmas week vacation- which was the only perk left at this company
    All good people have left
No consistent management philosophy or structure
Corporate office is a disorganized mess

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They should sell the company to people who know what they are doing and know how to treat employees well.

    Pros

    Summer Fridays and Bagel Fridays.

    Cons

Pay, benefits, respect, being treated like a professional, sexist remarks, harassment towards women in several forms, lack of caring, lack of understanding of peoples responsibilities, no organization, rumor mill, HR is hired outside of business so they don't know what is actually going on.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Leadership comes from the top down. That is why their are many, many problems here. You ask people to work hard and in a timely manner, yet you are always late and spend most meetings not paying attention and on cell phones. The hypocrisy is not unnoticed.
