Current Employee – been working at Viracon full-time

Pros – Company is big on the safety of their employees. Great health benefits and company matched 401k. Good support from other production supervisors. Profit sharing every three months.

Cons – No paid overtime for production supervisors. Production management expects big results everyday and will scream at you if it is not accomplished.

Advice to Senior Management – Use some people skills to achieve the best from your employees.
