People you work closely with (on the front lines, not supervisors/manager)

Uniforms as compared to others in the industry

Cons

Supervision at local station-target employees, not flexible with employees that want to be there, but have other jobs. Play favorites. Not supportive and around a lot of the time.
Salary is extremely low

Advice to Senior Management

Work with employees. Do not play favorites. Follow the beliefs the company was founded on and stick with them. Could be a great location to work for the company if management/supervisor changes were made. The employees can work well together and management destroys those working relationships.
