Pros

Great benifits. Pay just ok.

Cons

Military like. Perfection is expected. Could be let go for yawning.

Try to have more compassion for employees.

    Pros

    leading-edge product: low-fare and high-frills US domestic (limited international) air travel
    Virgin global brand: huge brand loyalty

    Cons

    new CEO in 2008 dramatically changed workplace environment for senior management employees
    very low pay scale for cabin crews and other customer-facing employees

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    you need to address the very high levels of turn-over since arrival of David Cush: 2 CFOs, constant turn-over in Finance area, 2 heads of Tech Ops, new Chief Counsel, 2 heads of Marketing, 2 heads of Revenue, etc.

    Pros

    Friendly atmosphere
    Management cares about there employees and they are understandable when situation arises outside of work
    Everyone knows what's going on within the company because the CEO keeps everyone updated through emails and there is an all hands webcast that any employee cab listen in on live between the CEO and VPs

    Cons

    There is Not enough flight destinations from JFK
    There is not enough destinations to tourist locations
    Maintenance needs a larger maintenance office

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Try and add more flights from New York and more tourist locations
