  2. Make the reality match the vision. The work environment at the airports is discriminatory and therefore hypocritical.

I have been working at Virgin America full-time

    Pros

Brand marketing is exceptional. The company's vision is readily apparent in all advertising campaigns.

    Cons

The work experience for employees at airports does not match the model touted by HQ. Airport management often ignores employees feedback despite Virgin's claims to put employees first. Management also engages in blatant favoritism which creates a divisive environment and leaves little to no room for promotion.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be professional and treat employees fairly, based on merit and not on personal opinion. Listen to employees; they see what's really going on and can offer valuable input on how to improve things.
