    Pros

Energetic and exciting atmosphere for a young person especially. "Hip" culture. Massive room to grow.

    Cons

Spotty training department. Longer hours than established airlines, lower pay, and lack of good work rules or contract. Pilots only paid when aircraft is moving 5 mph or greater, unlike others. (no pay during pushback, or parked off the gate) Trip patterns do not take circadian rhythms into account at all. It is not unusual for a trip to end in the morning and be scheduled for a "redeye" the same night after a 12 hour "rest" at home base in mid-day. Frequent firings.

    Advice to Management

You are developing an adversarial atmosphere; you are clearly not "open door" like Southwest.

  2. Confused airline with identity problems

    Pros

Great aircraft and great in-flight staff. Amenities are truly great and enjoyable.

    Cons

Still trying to figure out the kinks of the airline industry. Station supervisors are terrible. Bring too much of the legacy carriers over with them.

    Advice to Management

Don't hire legacy airline management. Create your own people.
