Former Employee – worked at Virgin America full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – On a corporate level it was great, it felt 'Virgin'.

Cons – At the local level-station level, waaaaay too many chiefs. Not consistent with Virgin's values.

Advice to Senior Management – They should do more auditing of Station Managers and their development.
