Pros
Travel Perks (if their valid to you), flexibilty for time off,
Cons
Little or no feedback from superiors, no choice of perks, low morale, poor IT systems, poor tools to complete my job. New Ideas are not thought through ,with workers usually picking up the pieces. Pay not equal to others in the same sector. Also pay not equal within organisation. Little understanding of my role from other managers.
Advice to Senior Management
more feedback (be it positive or negative). VAA is too afraid to upset staff.
