Virgin Atlantic Airways – “The Branson spirit is starting to wane at the airline”

Pros

You get some great travel perks and there are a lot of good people who work here. The brand still has good name which works well on your CV but not sure how long that will last unfortunately.

Cons

Politics and process. Too much talking the talking rather than walking the walk. Too many "general" managers not enough specialists. Never seen morale so low.

Advice to Senior Management

Directors should be aware of the complete lack of Virgin spirit that exists these days and be concerned that our competitors are running rings around us these days.
