Labor and Delivery Unit. Friendly co-workers; helpful and caring administration.

Registered Nurse (Former Employee)
Arlington, VA

ProsThe overall feel of VHC is friendly and welcoming. The doctors respect the nurses and there is great team work among all the staff. You get to work with a wide variety of cultures and social backgrounds. The L&D rooms are attractive and well equipped. There is a big emphasis on family care and keeping parents and babies together as much as possible.

ConsLike with most hospitals, staffing is often an issue, but has seen much improvement over the past few years.
It would be nice to be able to offer families more accomadations for "natural" birthing (there are no tubs for instance).

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
