I worked at Virginia Tech as a contractor for more than 3 years

    Pros

some government bonus sometimes at the end of year, nice people to work with, good environment, beautiful campus, reasonable vacation length

    Cons

salary never raised, but comprehensive fee is higher and higher each semester, and finally my one month salary can not cover such expensive fee.....any time the campus is under some construction
