“Great people to work with, but you must accept lower compensation and little training”

Pros – Very knowledgeable engineers to learn from
Access to various device configurations
Lenient dress code that produces a comfortable working environment
Cons – High stress environment with few people handling many issues
Compensation is lacking for the work being done compared to other companies
Training is very limited
Salary employees spend much more than their scheduled time at work due to workload
Advice to Senior Management – Compensate the employees who are loyally contributing to the success of the company
If compensation is not an option, take some of the funds and put toward training for new and existing platforms requiring support
