Great growing company with awesome employees

Services (Current Employee)
San Jose, CA

ProsTons of great people to work with here. The company is growing at a tremendous rate, adding new customers all the time. The technology is extremely interesting and solves a huge need in the market with no real competitors.

ConsThe organization is pretty spread out which is a good and bad thing. Most interaction with coworkers is done via conference call and web meetings.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros: Loyal customers. Interesting Technology. SAN techs like it and find value in troubleshooting when there is… Cons: Complex solution to use outside of the core SAN. Variable sales and Channel strategy confused partners and customers. Poor employee retention due… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
