Pros

If we can fix it, Visa will be a great place to work. Competitive benefits. Visa does some innovative work, and could be more of an industry leader. On occasion, employees are able to take on good projects with P/L impact.

Cons

Political, political, political. No clear P/L ownership means no one is accountable - the lack of accountability allows inefficiency to fester for long period of time. Some emplyoees are very successful at work avoidance - and those that try to get things done are in for a surprise. Management seems too focused on getting along than champoining new ideas and/or improvements.
