Lots of change - willingness to let go of overpaid "older" employees whose skills/knowledge have fallen behind those of younger employees who are able to pick up new processes more quickly.
Cons
Corporate culture is boring. Since the IPO, senior managment has but all "fun" events (no more summer picnic, peak season parties, etc), including removing all alcoholic beverages from internal events.
Advice to Senior Management
If you continue cutting the "life" out of Visa, you will lose your younger employees with the most agile minds (who you pay the least) to companies with a better coporate culture. Seems like boring, monotonous Joe is sucking the life out of all of us.
